Sage Bistro
Family owned and operated, The Sage has been a popular fixture of Canmore’s Bow Valley Trail hotel district for over 20 years. This warm and rustic Canadian log cabin features an inviting dining room with large windows and a beautiful secluded garden patio; both offer majestic mountain views. New is their second level Wine Lounge with big windows, patios and Three Sisters vista; tasty small plates complement the big selection of wines. The Sage has long been known for its fine Canadian cuisine with world influences, and more recently for their reasonable wine prices.
