Rustica Steakhouse
This steak restaurant’s rustic/elegant atmosphere is enhanced by soaring ceilings of Douglas fir timbers, floor-to-ceiling rundlestone fireplace, high back leather chairs and formal table settings. On Fridays and Saturdays, pianist stylings add to the mood in this Canmore restaurant. Patrons are treated to stunning golf course and Mt Lady Macdonald views through immense windows and from the wrap-around cobblestone patio. A private dining room seats up to 14. In the kitchen, Vancouver, New York and Hong Kong trained Chef Stefan Mahon and his team create Canadian prime grade beef steaks, bison specialties and fresh seafood with flair.
