O Bistro
O Bistro’s owner/operator Olivier Gouin is a SAIT-trained chef who has also worked with his father at Chez François since he was a teen honing his culinary skills. O Bistro has earned a reputation for big portions of casual bistro cuisine (much of it prepared on the grill) with a French twist from Alberta-grown organic produce. At this cozy restaurant, chefs plate their creations with artistic flair. There are comfortable leather seats and modern art (that can be purchased) adorns the walls. The quaint Main Street sidewalk patio has Three Sisters mountain views.
