Indochine
The only Vietnamese restaurant in the Alberta Rockies opened two years ago, but Victor and Laura Khuu (who hail from Vietnam) have been in Canada for 31 years and have operated Canmore restaurants since 1992. The Khuu’s take pride in preparing authentic and healthy Vietnamese cuisine using little oil, and abundant fresh herbs and greens. There’s a fountain with koi fish and plants, photos of Ho Chi Minh City and a patio with Rundle Range view. The lounge has a rock fireplace, granite bar, sports on wide screen TVs and happy hour 4 pm to 6 pm.
