Chez Francois
Canmore's Chez François offers fine international and French cuisine without the pretentious attitude or price you might expect of a good French restaurant. Local organic produce and meats, and fresh fish, are incorporated into creative cuisine. The fixed price menu provides a satisfying and easy option for dinner. Classic dishes are also offered so regulars can enjoy their favourites. Owner and accomplished Chef Jean-François adds personality to dishes with his sense for spices. Generous breakfasts and lunches are popular with Canmore locals; as is the large selection of homemade desserts (often accompanied with cappuccino or wine).
