The photography and artifacts at this cozy, wood-finished, British-style pub pay tribute to Canmore’s hiking, and rock and ice climbing heritage. There are no TVs to distract you from enjoying the company of dining partners or from making new friends over a pint of Guinness, Steam Whistle or Big Rock Traditional. The beer battered fish and chips have been voted “Best in the Bow Valley” by readers of the Rocky Mountain Outlook, while their signature French toast is a breakfast favourite. Sample some of the pub’s excellent selection of aged scotch that includes a locally sourced malt.
