Murrieta’s Bar & Grill

This elegant restaurant is suitable for a special night out or casual meal. The décor features vaulted ceilings, open kitchen with wood-fired oven, wall of wines, and Rundle Range and Main Street views. In summer the huge windows open wide, and in winter the fireplace glows warm. Try the inviting lounge with long bar for a martini or scotch; there’s a private room for functions. While Murrieta’s décor and food are pleasingly chic, the service reflects the best of small-town hospitality. The Westcoast and Rocky Mountain inspired menu promises satisfying portions of fresh and stylish dishes.

  1. Canmore Foodie says:

Murrieta’s is a mixed bag. The servers are either on or off (it really depends on the time of day, which day of the week, who’s working, etc.). The portion sizes are rather small, but the quality of the food is usually fairly good. Above all, the ambiance and décor are always pleasant.
